What's your turnaround time?

We normally ship or deliver orders within 5 business days. Large orders can take more time..

 

Do I need to see a proof?

We'll send you a low resolution PDF or PNG color proof to approve before printing.

 

How should I send you a file?

Click on the icon in the top right to enter your order or email orders to: prepress@palmettolabels.com if the files are less than 10Mb.

 

Do you save my files?

All files we printing plates and digital files are archived. If you want the same piece reprinted in the future, it's easily done!

 

Can I send individual files?

Please do not send individual files.  Include all your files, fonts, images and graphics in a single compressed file.  such as ZIP or SIT.

 

What size can my file be?

They should be no larger than 1 GB. Larger files should be sent via a online link such as Dropbox, Google Drive, iCloud etc.

 

How do I know my file has been received?

An auto responding message will be in your email when a file had successfully uploaded. But it is best to call us to confirm that it indeed came through successfully and can be opened without error messages.
